1. Digital services and software<\/h2>\n

Since our core services are the creation, modification and provision of digital content (software for a car’s ECU), special rules apply.<\/p>\n

According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and the Polish Consumer Rights Act), the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply<\/strong> to the provision of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium if the performance of the service has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer.<\/p>\n

By placing an order and agreeing to start the service (downloading or flashing the software), you acknowledge that you lose the right to a refund after the service has been fully or partially provided (the firmware file has been generated or installed).<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n

2. Physical goods<\/h2>\n

If you buy physical goods from us (according to our profile 47.82.Z – spare parts and accessories), you have the right to return them within 14 days without giving a reason, provided that the goods were not used, retained their presentation and were not damaged.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n

3. Claims regarding the quality of the software<\/h2>\n

If you believe that the provided software is not working correctly, please contact us at info@dieselprog.pl<\/a> within 30 days.
