1. General provisions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the dieselprog.pl website and the provision of automotive software modification services by DIESELPROG Dmytro Fediushkin (NIP: 8993044425).

2. Services.

We provide digital services that include modification of vehicle electronic control unit (ECU) software, diagnostics, and related digital solutions.

3. Client liability and legal restrictions

• Important: Certain software modifications (e.g. deactivation of environmental systems, DPF, EGR, AdBlue) may render the vehicle unsuitable for use on public roads in certain countries. Such services are provided exclusively for use in motorsports or off-road use.
• The customer assumes full responsibility for how and where the modified vehicle is used and agrees to comply with local laws.
• DIESELPROG is not responsible for the loss of the vehicle’s factory warranty as a result of software tampering.

4. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the correctness of the software provided. We are not responsible for mechanical damage to the engine or other vehicle components caused by hidden defects in the vehicle, improper operation, or wear and tear of parts.
