1. Digital services and software

Since our core services are the creation, modification and provision of digital content (software for a car’s ECU), special rules apply.

According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and the Polish Consumer Rights Act), the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply to the provision of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium if the performance of the service has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer.

By placing an order and agreeing to start the service (downloading or flashing the software), you acknowledge that you lose the right to a refund after the service has been fully or partially provided (the firmware file has been generated or installed).

2. Physical goods

If you buy physical goods from us (according to our profile 47.82.Z – spare parts and accessories), you have the right to return them within 14 days without giving a reason, provided that the goods were not used, retained their presentation and were not damaged.

3. Claims regarding the quality of the software

If you believe that the provided software is not working correctly, please contact us at info@dieselprog.pl within 30 days. We will analyze the problem free of charge and make the necessary adjustments to the firmware file.
